December 2013 Trestle Board

Greetings Brethren,

Our next stated communication is Monday, December 9th. We will be having our annual oyster supper with all you can eat stewed, fried, and raw oysters. I’ve been told there will be side dishes as well, but let’s be honest: you’re coming for the oysters. The price is $20 per head. I strongly encourage you to bring your friends and family.

Our next stated is also the annual election and installation of officers. Lord willing, this will be my last night sitting in the East. While there are still so many things left unfinished, I am proud of the work my officers and the members of this lodge have done this year.

I’m excited to see what Bro. Chuck DeRemer has planned for his year in the East. And I’m confident that the lodge will thrive under his leadership.

While the holidays approach and our personal calendars begin to fill, please keep in mind that we still have two Entered Apprentices who will soon be ready for their next step in Masonry. So please keep an eye out for an upcoming Fellowcraft Degree.
